1. Our Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our returns policy is as follows:
- Eligibility: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the items for a refund or exchange.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any items that are returned damaged, worn, or without original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase: Please clearly label your order reference number on the outside of the package you are returning, as well as inside the packagae, or include a printed receipt as proof of purchase when returning an item.
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at hello@bullybeer.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
- Return Authorisation: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Packaging: Carefully package the item to prevent damage during transit. Clearly write your order reference number and include your proof of purchase and return authorisation within the package.
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days. The refund will include the cost of the returned item(s) plus any original shipping costs if the return was due to an error on our part.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted, such as when items are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, flavour, or product, please contact us on the details below. We will guide you through the process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Short dated or sale items.
- Gift cards.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, and then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
